iPhone 6s

Just a wild theory here. Mabe the iPhone 6s with the exelent battery life is the one with the 14nm Samsung CPU and the one with the soso battery life is the one with the TSMC 16 nm CPU.

Available 16 October - preorders from 9 October.

I just wish you had an option for it to turn itself ON, like it turns itself off.

It's retarded that it asks me...especially since I think hit the "go away" button most of the time to get it to bugger off, while I would actually have liked to use the feature.

The Windows Mobile implementation works much better as you can set at what percentage it should activate.

Quality review of the 6s by the team at GSMArena

"Apple A9 is a beast - there's no other way to put it. The iPhone 'S' series typically stand for Speed and the iPhone 6s is not only the fastest iPhone to date, it's probably the best performing smartphone today. Apple's choice of designing its own processor pays out every year and makes sure iOS users never have to worry about lacking performance.

Apple A9 has the power to handle everything you can get today and is future-proof for the years to come with huge power under the hood."

"The major manufacturers are in frantic pursuit of higher screen resolution and size, and monstrous chipsets. This is in big part driven by Apple - the iPhone's is still the user experience to best, most Android flagships needing 3 or 4GB of RAM to match what Apple is doing with 2GB. And note that the iPhone 6s is only the second Apple device to have 2 gigs of RAM after the iPad Air 2."

Seriously considering moving from Samsung to Apple for the 6s plus. I've always had Samsung's flagships but I dunno the 6s and 6s plus look really appealing. Anyone else moving over/ moved over recently?

Optimised software for it's own hardware is what Apple is renowned for. You also don't need a lot of RAM to run a display of 750 x 1334.

Comparison of the 6s+ Note 5 and S6 +:

Perfectly fine for that too. Most Android devices have 2GB of RAM for 1080p. Obviously the iPhone would manage it's RAM a lot more efficiently, seeing as it's a closed ecosystem.

Ever used the 1GB RAM iPhone 6 Plus?

Sure would manage its RAM a lot more efficiently. :p

"We said it once, and we'll just repeat it here - Apple A9 is a beast. The differences between the iPhone 6s and the 6s Plus are marginal, but both are in a league of their own and nothing else comes close. Apple's choice of designing its own processor pays out every year and makes sure iOS users never have to worry about lackluster performance.

Apple A9 has the power to handle everything you can get on your phone today and is future-proof for the years to come with some huge power reserves under the hood."
