Google IO is next week, so that will probably be announced there for Android.

It sounds good, but I spent a lot of time getting used to the generic keyboard after Swiftkey wouldn't work with wifi hotspot username/password combos.

Don't know if it's worth the time investment again.

Are there any glass screen protectors that curve round the ends of the phone?

It's very obvious that it doesn't stick down on a black face of a space grey phone. Not so obvious on my wife's white face of the silver. She never noticed until I pointed it out.

The ones I've seen that cover the entire screen have a coloured border with an adhesive strip under that border to secure the protector, so I imagine you will have a bit of a gap between protector and screen - is this what is noticeable?

Yes. I'll take a pic later with my wife's phone to show what I mean. It just goes straight and the last few mm doesn't adhere to the screen as it curves away. I'd really like one that is curved a little and sticks down all the way to the edge (if there is one)

I've now gone a good 5 months without a screen protector, I've dropped and scratched my 6S, screen still looks like new. I still see no reason for a screen protector when I have one of the strongest smartphone screens in the industry.

What cover do you have on the back?

And do you carry it in your pants pocket?

I have the Apple 6s silicone cover, and yes I usually carry it in my front pants pocket, I usually wear levi jeans if that helps.

Waist and Inside leg measurement? :p

But I'm a bit scared to go with a naked screen. I used flip covers for ages on pretty much all my phones with no protection on the glass, but now I'm using the apple leather cover and I feel very insecure when it's not got anything on the screen.

Whatever you feel is best, I'm more than confident going naked

Same here, it's either in my jeans, work pants or jacket pocket. Hasn't had a protector on since I got it last year and not a mark on the screen.

If I can go back on topic briefly about 3rd party kb's.

So the opinion is Gboard is pretty much the best 3rd party kB App on iOS & WordFlow (by MS) 2nd.

How many people have both installed or just moved over to the 1?

I'm seeing if there is really a need to have both.

I'm waiting it to be available locally, I hardly use my US account these days.

I'm sticking with WordFlow for now, just not a fan of white keyboards, will move over to Gboard once Google offers more customizing features..

Interesting. I've had a US account for ever but I really want the BBC I player from the UK store.

So if I create a uk account, do I need to do it on a separate PC with a separate iTunes? What about syncing the phone?

Tell me more :)
