How long have you been with MTN that you're surprised by bad service? That was the number 1 reason I left them.
I've been with them for years but I have had worse experiences with vodacom. Won't ever use them again even if they the only provider.
iOS is different to Android. All or nothing. I did find the setting to turn off the WhatsApp pics though.

Mine does without any issues.
My wife complains about the same thing.
But then I've "replaced" the default Photos App with Google Photos so maybe it's just that I don't even notice.

Lol it's weird how personal customer experiences of brands are ... I've had awesome customer service with Vodacom after leaving MTN. Good to hear that they're serving you, hope your phone issue gets sorted!

I've got Jet Black and I must say that the scratching thing is overblown. Sure it gets fine scratches because I use it without a case but it's nowhere near as terrible as has been made out. You have to look very hard to see it.
Other people have different experiences. Like battery life, comparing wear and tear and how many scratches it shows is really silly.
I've seen that before and unfortunately I don't believe him when he says he used the phone normally.

More people with worn units, but really who cares. These things get replaced every year (or two years if you can only afford the phone on a contract). Enjoy the thing.

I've had mine for about a month now and honestly I can say I'm done with Android. There were a couple of times that I thought "just two years with this and I'll get an awesome Android device again" but that's far behind me now.
The one thing that does seriously suck is Siri, to say she's a dumb b*tch is an understatement as she has no contextual flow whatsoever.

I got the card to by my phone... it took 3 days (maybe even 2, not sure) total from first submitting application till I had the card delivered at my place of work.
