Takes 2 weeks to sort outSo got a new iPhone 7 on the 4th of May - noticed that a screen pixel died on the 16th of May...
Anyone else had such an issue?
Also, istore said that they only replace the unit if it's within 7 days of purchase- still waiting for outcome from repair center. It's such bollox!
Takes 2 weeks to sort out
Strange, when I had a dead pixel with my iPhone 6S Core replaced the handset after the 7 days OBF period and it didn't take 2 weeks...
In fact the collected the phone from work and my new phone was delivered 3 days later. This was 2015 though...
Got a notification yesterday to ask where I want the device delivered as it's not faulty. Called in and spoke to a manager who was very understanding and said he would get it sorted.
He said he would arrange for a senior technician to have a look. Got a notification this afternoon to say that they're replacing the device. Very happy with the outcome, just slightly concerned that they were willing to return the device to me which was clearly faulty...
Hi All
Can anyone tell me how to test battery health on iPhone 7 plus?
I recently got a refurbed replacement device from iStore under warranty but the battery seems kark! It's 10.39 and I'm 64% without having done a whole lot since taking it off charge at 6.30am?

On what network?
Before my iPhone 6 died, I used an app called Battery Doctor - Not sure if it's accurate but it gave battery health etc.
I would also make sure that most of your location services are off (other than find my iPhone) and check which apps have location services set to always as opposed to never. I know that Waze dosen't give the option to only use your location when in use (bugs me big time).
Thanks I'll have a look.
You can do a online chat with Apple and have them run a diagnostic.
Thanks - is that apple.com or the local guys?
Apple , do a google search on how to do a online support chat outside the US
