iPhone and Exchange emails

Hi there

I'm unable to find anything on the internet about this issue.

I have an exchange email account for work that I would like to be able to receive on my iPhone. Problem is, I only want to check it manually as I don't always need to see the emails on my phone.

Is this possible? I don't see a Sync Manually option as with the other account types (Gmail).

PS. I receive a lot of email at work and thus it will be too bandwidth heavy to have on as automatic downloads.

Hi Method

You can set it to "manual"... once the account is created... goto:

1. Settings
2. Mail, Contacts, Calendars

You will then see your various accounts listed, below that you will see "Fetch New Data", once you open that you can set each accounts preferences - Push / Fetch or Manual
