Best bet would be an apple store, I think there's a big one in Sandton somewhere.

Only apple can do this, as not an external battery.

In sandton, there is a big one next to Sandton city.

As u go up Katherine with City on yr right, pass the intersection of Oxford and rivonia, think that where Katherine become Sandton drive, with city still on yr right (free parking there 2), there is a big building on y left. The next left, there is the apple store next to the big building.

But as superskully says, this is not really a user serviceable part unless you are not afraid of opening up your iPhone
