iPhone contract - data bundle included usable in other phones?

I'm on an iPhone 120 contract from Vodacom at the moment, which includes 250MB of data per month as standard. If I were to switch to a different phone which does not use the iPhone APN, would my 250MB per month still be available via whichever APN I use or must all data be passed through the iPhone APN for it to be deducted from the 250MB?

Your 250MB stays your 250MB, no matter what APN you use.

You can even go via the normal internet APN, it will still work. Try it and see for yourself.
