It’s been [anticipated/hyped] as the biggest product launch of all times. Everybody have been talking about it for ages, from enthusiasts to the most respected journalists. Has the wait for Apple’s iPhone been worth the wait?

Getting our hands on one was surprisingly [difficult/easy]. We stood in line for three [days/minutes], but almost didn’t [get/want] one. Luckily someone passed out from [excitement/heat exhaustion] and dropped their box.

Even the [packaging/container] is sheer design [beauty/excessiveness]. As is typical with Apple and the Johnathan Ive designs, the experience starts [before opening the box/at the steep price tag]. And when you finally hold the iPhone itself, it is exceptionally [gorgeous/clunky].

It was a [breeze/fart] to set up and register. After a [quick/ridiculous] firmware upgrade, making the first call was [uncomplicated/frustrating]. The call quality was [clear/scratchy] and sounded [fine/like any other phone].

As expected, the music player works [brilliantly/like it's supposed to]. CoverFlow is [intuitive/excessive] and feels [natural/redundant], and it just makes [no] sense to browse a library in such a way.

Initially people were [excited/apprehensive] about the multi-touch keyboard for texting, but we can confirm that it is truly incredible. You will not believe how [responsive/useless] it is.

The iPhone [sports/only has] a 2.5G cellular connection and the browser is [even better than expected/mediocre]. The pages render [wonderfully/awfully] at any zoom level, and sizing is [seamless/confusing] and [smooth/jerky].

Jobs and Apple definitely have another [winner/dud] here, very much like the [revolutionary/braindead] [iPod/Rokr]. Considering the [justifiable/exorbitant] pricepoint, the unit can only be a monumental [success/failure].

There’s one thing we can confidently predict: this uniquely comprehensive report will be lost among all the coverage the iPhone is already receiving.
