Hi guys. Just wanted to hear what is the average MB you guys use per month and per day because someone told me that their iPhone uses about 10mb per day if he does nothing on it the whole day. That sounds a bit much to me be just wanted to make sure.
Thanks.

Mine varies. I have a 150MB bundle from MTN on my iPhone account. This month was the first time in a while that I had data left over when data gets added again (the 21st of each month). Been on uncapped wifi though most of the time though as I have either been at home or at the office 90% of the time.

Looking at some of my previous months though I did between 200-300MB per month, depending on how often I was out of office/home.

I used to use on average 300 - 400 mbs a month. That's with average usage, facebook, news24, tapatalk etc.

I use about 400-500mb a month for emails, facebook, whatsapp, the occasional app update and some odd browsing, etc.

Less than 100mb. Probably because I am not using push notifications and most of the time my phone is hooked up to my LAN.

i use about 800mb a month, just browsing, fb etc, Using 8ta prepaid, their data bundles are cheap.

Almost nothing, only get edge in the office which makes browsing pointless, my house has wifi, my friend/families houses have wifi and the rest of the time I'm driving.

Same here. Only time I use data, obviously, is when I am not at home or at work and want to do something... :)

Maybe I should stop using my phone while driving, save data :p

Thanks for all the replies. The new iPhone deals from Cellc look very nice and it sounds that 700mb would be more than enough per month.

Just a slight heads-up, check what the coverage is like of the provider you choose in the end. It's going to suck if you get a Cell C deal and get home, just to realise that you only have GPRS coverage or something... I got burnt like that once, luckily it was prepaid :D
