iPhone phantom data charges

Hi. Has anyone else noticed their phone using data while inactive?

My phone has been on standby all day with no apps running in the background. It's just odd that the connection duration is so long and the data usage so small eg. 6779 seconds(112minutes) used 11264 bytes (0.01MB). any idea what this is?

NB. I'm not being petty, i don't mind losing 0.01MB every few hours, i'm just curious to understand what it's doing.

do you have push notifications enabled for mail? or some apps perhaps?

yea I'm sure it push.
I don't see anything like that, tho I'm on wifi 90% of the time.
