Hi Guys I'm so ****ed off at telkom right now, I got my bill for Jan now in Feb and I noticed that I was being charge for 200 sms's amounting to R289.92 ,and I know I don't sms's if you look back at my history in the pass 6 months my average bill for sms has been R3 , so log a query with telkom and they will investigate this, 2 weeks pass i get no feedback, then I get a sms saying my query has been resolved and I must pay the amount, I then call to find out what happened and they tell me some hacked anyone using an iphone to send sms's to this international number, and it didn't just happen on telkom it happened on all networks and each cellular provider was handling the issue differently ,telkom way of handling it is to make me and anyone else this happened too pay for it, and refuse point blank to help us in anyway, its amazing how a cellular provider will know about an issue not inform anyone, then we must pay even though they acknowledge that I didn't send any sms's to that international number so I must pay for something I did not use or do or had no control of preventing, the only thing im guilty of is using an iphone what bull****!!!!!
