Guess we need a thread to discuss the new season. First game is this afternoon with kolkata knight riders vs deccan chargers at 16:15, opening ceremony at 15:00.

I expect deccan to win, knight riders are missing their big names in gayle,mccullum and bond while decan have most of their's available.

Edit: Can a mod please change the title its soppose to be ipl 2010, I can't edit the title.
 
Yes ! i dig IPL, now we have cricket everyday all day for a month :D

Come on Delhi Daredevils!
 
I don't really have a single favourite team but I do like seeing Cricket being played every day :D
 
I picked rajastan as my side during ipl one so I will be sticking with them. Lets see if tait can manage to not pass out in the indian heat during the ipl.

Well I'll be backing the Super Kings, as for today, Chargers should win, Knight Riders are still a weak team and missing key players. That being sad, it's pro 20 cricket, anything can happen.

My 384 line is handling it ok, surprisingly enough.
Would be interesting to see how it would look on a 4meg line.
 
Gibbs,symonds and sharma really let the chargers down. Should have won this game. Well played by shaw and matthews for the knight riders though, didn't think they would get much past 130 at one stage.

They have the proteas problem of always losing in the semi's. But there batting looks awesome 1.warner 2.sehwag 3.gambhir 4. dilshan 5.ab
 
What a game, Mumbia scored 212/6 a new IPL record. Rajastan scored 208/7, but what a last over. They needed only 12 to win, but Malinga took 2 wickets from the first 2 balls, and restricted them to 7 from the over!
