I have never created a pool so I have no idea how to do it...

I joined the supersport one for both fantasy and predictor...

so who is supporting who in this IPL?

I feel this is the RCB's year, but they are off to a rough start due to injuries.
last year I supported the Lions because I liked the way they gelled as a team, they looked like the only team that was working as a unit.

that being said, Supergiants have Faf and Immi, and both of them are in really good form...

No idea who's going to be the team to beat, but I'll be hoping for a King's IX successful season

Think I'll support RCB this year, next year Chennai Super Kings.

They making a comeback? Haven't been following this year's IPL buildup too much (as frankly the IPL has becomes tiresome imo) but this does interest me.

AFAIK Chennai and the other banned team can come back next year.

and I agree McT if the Kings IX do well it will bode well for SA as it means Hash and Miller do well as they are key to the scoring rate...

The ban end this year. CSK will have new owners.

Sharad Pawar, Lalit Modi sanctioned N Srinivasan’s bid for Chennai Super Kings
http://www.deccanchronicle.com/spor...-srinivasans-bid-for-chennai-super-kings.html

Chennai: Former Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) chief N Srinivasan revealed that he had the go-ahead from the top brass of the Indian cricket board, before his firm India Cements decided to bid for Chennai Super Kings, the Chennai-based franchise of the Indian Premier League (IPL).

India Cements’ bid for a team in the IPL had raised quite a stir a decade back, when Srinivasan was holding a the treasurer’s post in the BCCI, along with having links with India Cements as well.

However, Srinivasan brushed away any talks of foul play, by saying that the then BCCI chief and IPL chairman, Sharad Pawar and Lalit Modi respectively, had approved the bids.

"We received an invitation from the then chairman of IPL (Lalit Modi) asking whether India Cements would bid," Srinivasan was quoted as saying in Cricbuzz.

"So I took this letter and wrote to the then BCCI president Mr. (Sharad) Pawar asking if we can bid since I was the BCCI treasurer and MD and promoter of India Cements. Although everyone knew this story, they chose to ignore it,” he continued.

"I get a reply back from Mr. Pawar saying that 'I have consulted all my colleagues and there is no bar on India Cements to take the tender and bid for an IPL team'. This was given in writing from him and following all due processes, the BCCI was asked and we went ahead,” said Srinivasan.

Rajasthan Royals and CSK both banned for 2 seasons. Can't recall why, but it was skullduggery or worse.
