Can only go on the official reason supplied at the time. If BCCI wants to lie then that is on them.

Anyway this suspension will screw the international cricket calendar. The IPL can't move to the UAE as PSL has already taken those stadiums. That means IPL will move to when there is international cricket and cause total chaos.
