No, that's how it's been staying the whole morning.
Please connect a desktop or laptop to the ONT directly and setup a pppoe connection.
Once connected please run ipconfig in cmd to see if you get a prefix when connected directly.

Cool, thanks for trying to help, appreciate it.TP_link is also a bit of an issue You can see it got our DNSv6 addresses but it's failing to get a prefix.

Will put it down as a router issue my side![]()
Have the Orbi back on now, and when I set the IPv6 connection to PPPoE it also picks up the DNSv6 addresses, but is not getting an IP.TP_link is also a bit of an issue You can see it got our DNSv6 addresses but it's failing to get a prefix.

I've tried with PPPoE in the IPV6 settings as well and it just gets stuck connecting indefinitely.
Afrinatic can you please test my IPV6 and see if it is working? I get mixed results from different IPV6 test sites.
My settings (only setting that work)

Which D-Link routers are those exactly? I am having a problem getting IPv6 to work on the Afrihost supplied D-Link DIR825. I have updated firware to 3.0.7.Some TP-link routers don't like the PPPoEv4 and DHCPv6 combination. We are not sure if it's a firmware bug but so far it's a few TP-link, Netgear and Zyxel routers and the old D-link routers.
I would recommend getting a Huawei router from us. It's working as expected on Ipv6.
