Does anyone still iron their underwear like they used to in the olden days? Random question I know. Was looking around for a new iron when one mentioned it had a mode just for under-wear.
Do you iron you clothes at all or does the domestic do you ironing for you.

What do you iron if you go command ?

Ironing ones underwear is probably a symptom of some or other mental disorder.

Don't even know where the iron stays.

Iron them if you have enough money to replace them every 3 months...

I iron and starch my underwear and handkerchiefs on Tuesdays. I polish the silverware and pewterware on Wednesdays.

Underwear models have to be able to wear good unwrinkled underwear I guess. Pretty important for them.

Why would anyone want to iron their underwear unless they live in the tropics and hang it on outside lines?

I'll be totally honest here. I read that title as "Irony in your underwear?"

A nasty little thing known as a putsi fly lays its eggs on drying washing or or clothing.
The larvae burrow into the skin and develop just under the skin causing painful, boil-like swellings.
Ironing kills the eggs but if one is unlucky enough to get bitten the boil should be left until the worm matures.

An excellent reason for ironing underwear that is dried outside.
Just the thought of a bite in that region gives me the willies.

Yep, my brother was in Kenya for a while and they had to iron all clothing due to this fly. Nasty stuff.
