Irrigation -DIY or hire someone

I would like to get a irrigation system installed in my garden. The garden is oddly shaped as most of the space is dominated by a pool. My question is should I try to install it myself (if so where do I start /How would I design a system?) or should I hire someone to do it for me.

If you have money, hire a professional. If not they DIY, but be warned, building a system that works and more importantly keeps on working will require some research.

Where around do you stay, I know of a very good guy in PTA?

Well its definitely feasible to DIY it...just depends on personal circumstances whether its worthwhile.

DIY, it's so easy a kid could do it. Go speak to your local co-op, builders warehouse or farm city, they'll tell you & sell you everything you need. Google is your friend too.

Oh yeah and outsource the digging.. ain't nobody got time for dat!
