Is 30minute wait for Whatsapp help normal?

Is it standard operating procedure for Afrihost to wait 35 minutes (and counting) before responding on Whatsapp - which is the ONLY support channel available?

Hi Bewlen

Our other channels are usually available until at least 5pm on weekdays, and email support is 24 hours. You can also schedule a callback in ClientZOne and specify the time you would like to be called.

With the international issue we're seeing today, we may be seeing high volumes than usual, but generally wait times are much better :(
 
Wow, you were lucky! I waited exactly 3hous yesterday to get a live whatsapp response from Afrihost after the initial thank you for auto-responder junk

Hey Pikwol, a 3hrs turn around time is not great and we are not proud of that. I understand that we have let so many of our faithful clients down due to the backlog which was caused by the cable break issue.
