Hi All
So with regards to the Diablo 3 latency fiasco, after someone mentioned it, I checked my game box and it states Broadband internet connection required, which now has a disclaimer on their support site: link of
Note: Be advised that some wireless connections do not meet the minimums required to be a true Broadband internet connection. Wireless results may vary.

Now I have both 8ta's 10Gb GO BIG link
which states "Fantastic value - lowest broadband rates!"
and MTN's Uncapped lite link
which is also referred to as broadband : link

So who's at fault here, is 3G not true broadband or should blizzard have explicitly stated on the box the disclaimer that is on their support site?

Yes :D

3G allows for speeds of close to 100Mbps, and I think that is widely considered to be broadband.

The problem is that people now use the term 4G instead of 3G for technologies like HSPA+ or even LTE - which is technically not correct.

No? Great so can I complain to some authority over the use of 'broadband' in their product descriptions and get my 24 month contracts cancelled?
Since I cannot do what is implied under 'broadband' with them?
