How does this work? Do they allow you to use their ISP or your own?

Well, one of the options is using an IS account IIRC.

I don't see how 5 or more people can log on to the same router with different details.

One in JHB, had their own ISP, where the first 30min was free IIRC.

It's a web interface login... Not just normal PPPoE.
