Is anyone having NTP problems?

I saw today that my Windows install lost it's proper time. I've got a dual boot with Linux and it works fine there.

I thought nothing about it and just resynced the time.

However, I just noticed that mybroadband's time is out of sync as well.

Is anyone else seeing NTP issues? Or is it just coincidental?
