I had the exact same problem. On saturday when the authentication problems started,i called webafrica and they still confirmed i had 1GB left of my 1local acc and 5GB on the other. Then yesterday when i checked both were capped and i didnt use them at all since saturday before the authention issue started.

Now the strange thing is i havent used that one local acc since the 15th. So whats hapening??? Is IS or webafrica stealing our usage or what???
