IS Bust Again???

My IS connection is now working in bursts of 1 minute on 2 minutes off. Since about 6 last night. Anyone else having this?
 
It's telkom screwing with them :) They have a little telkom orce sitting in the exchange with two wires... Now I short it, now I dont
 
I take it back. Not IS. Its my line that is dropping carrier. My worst nightmare - now I have to get Telkom to fix. Woe!
