Why did I get daily usage statements with OpenWeb, but not with OpenBrowser?

I dont understand, Openweb provides the OpenBrowse proxy service.. IS provides your connection. The bandwidth is a seperate issue from OpenBrowse.

When I contested the usage claim and asked for proof, why was no record made available?
