I want to change my ISP. I am currently with a very good isp with hardly any down time. Issue is I am not happy with there support.

How is Cool Ideas support with there fiber and hosting. Have they got weekend and after hour standby staff?

Yes until 8pm on Weekdays, 9am to 3pm on weekends and public holidays.

Support hours until 20h30 weekdays;
and 08h30 until 12h30 & 16h30 until 20h30 on Weekends & Public Holidays

I read that cool ideas is one if the top fiber providers in SA. I guess I'll stay with my current isp then.
