Is coolcart.co.za legit?

From what I can see, other than a few missing legal requirements such as the registration number and physical address, yes. From what else I can see, someone forgot to disable 000's separator in the update file, so it pulled cost price as the first two digits and ignored the rest. They don't have to/probably won't honour that price.

I'm sure it can be challenged as a consumer. Not by Icasa but by NCC?

Not at all. It's an obvious error.

I disagreem its definitely not obvious... I mean who would think that it was an obvious error at like 1% of the normal price? Clearly the NCC would know that anyone paying full retail for that is a fscking retard :P
