Is eskom load shedding?

Power just went out - we would have gone out 10AM till 12:30 IF it was stage 2

I can't find any reference anywhere that they are in fact load shedding though, nevermind stage 2

I cant find any referennce that Eskom is load shedding. On there website it shows they are not.

Might be an isolated incident in your area. Best to call Eskom and ask.
