IS experiencing international connectivity problems

It would be more efficient if IS only announced periods when they are NOT having international bandwidth glitches. I really hope things do not continue in the same vein as the last 6 months of 2005 with almost daily international outages and local peering glitches caused by Telkom politics and a state mandated lack of choice for carrier.
Frankly, I cannot afford to continue using IS as it is becoming so unreliable that I never know from day to day if I'll be able to achieve what I need to on the internet. I know that Telkom is ultimately to blame for much of the problem, but I have a business and I need reliable connectivity.
