Is Google Cardboard worth Buying?

Hallo,

So I was at rAge 2016, and there I could try out the Google Cardboard. And from then on, I wanted it so bad. I always wanted the Oculus Rift, and this is a cheap solution to it. But the only two things that I am worried about are whether I am going to use it a lot (if there are enough games for it) and whether it is going to irritate my eyes. Because at rAge, when I was done playing after like 2 minutes, my eyes felt sore and dizzy. Now, I don't know if it was just that demo version that hurt peoples' eyes or what.

So my question is, does anyone have Google Cardboard and is it worth buying?

I haven't thought of that. But I have done my homework now, and I saw that the lenses costs R353 on TakeALot. Do you maybe know of a cheaper place that you can get one of those? Also I saw this on TakeALot: http://www.takealot.com/tronbox-inspired-by-google-cardboard-headstrap-included/PLID40650393. It just doesn't have the trigger, that's what bothers me.

Not sure, haven't done it myself as my phone has no gyroscope. Anyone else tried and saved a couple of Rand?

Is it worth R300? Sure! It's dirt cheap VR. You might only use it for a couple of hours but can you say that's not worth it?

I ordered 1 from Takealot for my Note 3, description Saif it supported a 6 inch screen , it didn't. Tested on my SO A3 to discover what it can do. Tried it for about an hour and was very impressed but decided to return it as it didn't fit my phone.

Can watch YouTube videos on a virtual big screen, nice
