None of the numbers on their website work and they don't respond to any email! Come on guys, I desperately need internet!

as an ex-client I can give the following advice/recommendations regarding GWISA wifi ISP service:

Well since they changed my router with mikrotik service has improved but still not what it could be.

I've had fabulous service with them, up until the 11th of July when I was capped without notice! @##!@$

I say get Neotel if you can or try get ADSL from telkom if you can

I doubt they will last much longer. People are leaving them faster than you can say cr@p.

I discontinued my service 2 months ago after at least a year of frustation. Went to WebAfrica (ADSL 384) and although I don't have uncapped anymore, it's been an absolute pleasure. Line order/installation took 3 weeks.
