IS International Link Down

And they say we have a choice for service providers in SA, other than SAIX. Right, of course we do. This thread sounds painfully familiar. Now because of threads like this one I stick to a SAIX account, at least I have a connection most of the time. The unfortunate thing about that is that Telscum will interperit this to read something like: "The majority of ADSL users prefer SAIX ISP's reselling SAIX accounts above IS based accounts, which points to our excellent service and value for money products and ifrastructure." You see we don't really have a choice, now do we!?!

The Major technical issue affecting the IS ADSL Service has been resolved.Service has been restored.

Regards
The IS Ops Team.

has anybody noticed an improvement after the 3rd ipc rollout? I haven't, local still doesn't even saturate 50% of my line!

international is farked again, painfully slow

how about a traceroute or two ... just for the heck of it...

... some disclaimer about loving trees and writing my own emails....

Sigh... I hate the down time on IS international so much! I thought the link was supposed to be upgraded or something by now :|

Has anyone noticed that int and local is kinda slow today on IS?
Tried some well seeded torrents and it struggled to get over 3k

Getting a weird feeling of dejavu here..

Used to be my torrents came down 45k average over 2 hours, now it's nothing..
What use are gigs left over when you can't use them?
