IS International SUCKING!

Yes IS has got to be worse than TELKOM and that tells you how bad they are ...And even worse if your account is with GAM . the support well you cant complain about that , as there is none.

Is anybody else also having problems on the IS network today? It is slower than the department of inland affairs on a good day!

I am unable to open any Websites. My SAIX backup account seems to be OK though.

Yes, making sure that they -maintain- their lead on IS by degrading their network!

man, my internet has not been this bad for quite some time. Blech Tlekom,

Some OpenWeb ISDSL clients will experience problems resolving domain names. This is being worked on.
The torrent tracker will have supplied IPs to your client and some clients cache the IP of the tracker (because they hit it every 3 minutes).

Can anyone help me? I have a telkom adsl router 5100 and the ppp light won't come on. I spent 2 hrs last night with telkom on the phone and now I have to use the bridge instead of router (whatever that is). lLast night after all this I could get onto international sites but now today I can't get them. Is it me or is the system down again? I also had to change paswords because someone stole my 3gigs so had to buy another gig and since I did this is when all my trouble started.

Today there are all sorts of problems with the net in general. mainly IS issues...

But if your sync light still wont flash then there is a problem with ur line or with ur router...

I think I'm on saix. My sp is absa. Took the router into Telkom but they said they can't test it, I would have to buy another at R850. I wasn't prepared to buy their junk again, but don't know what to get. My line was tested last night and is okay.
