Hi,
I have a 2GB blended+28GB local IS account.

Suddenly, international bandwidth has started working again today. I must be at around 20GB now, and international is working.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Yes. I have a 10GB Int + 10GB local IS account that was internationally capped on Saturday at 12GB. Now I'm at 16BB. So lucky.

I only downloaded 1 GB from local servers and the en got to my PC today and found I could download intentional again. Yaay
