Is IS ADSL Broken?

Since yesterday afternoon our service has been virtually non existent. Some sites take forever to load, others take an age longer :(

Anyone else seen strangeness on the intraweb today?
 
Well international seems dead for me at the moment :(

But generally IS has been slow (as usual :p ) all week aswell
 
well yes it is broken, currently there is no activity, but I figure that is basically how IS helps us, they teach us, that the internet is not everything, and they do that by making us pay them and then delivering no service, also they tach us a valuable lesson in the service industry here in good ol SA.

So be thankful for that

Yip - same here. Since last night most if not all international websites are dead. Come on IS, you owe us an explanation!!!
 
International is totally gone. The news server also seems to be dead (but, hell, is that news to IS customers?).
 
But then we all knew IS was a worst effort service when we signed up :( Never trust satellites to provide you with any good quality service, especially when a single cloud can bring down the whole of SA international...

The only reason i am with IS is for the news server and im afraid thats not even worth it anymore
 
My international IS seems to be fine, but I just got here. So anyone elses working again?
 
all sorts of net problems overseas today, various providers in the U.S. up and down, world's largest bond exchange in europe having connectivity problems, etc.

That's quite right. IS experienced problems as well, but they have just notified us that all should be up and running again
 
IS International is virtually non existant for me. :(

I think I just might cry, the internet is my life !! :D :D
 
Mine was up for a few minutes and now it's down again :mad:
 
Hmmm despite IS telling us the international problem has been sorted out, it still seems very degraded. I think there is still something wrong. Will post if I hear more
