This thing comes out of a timer, the timer clicks a few times before the light comes on, even in manaul mode. It is written, 5 volt, 1 farad, but in circuit it measures 2,4 volts, out of circuit it measures 5 volts. I am a bit confused, my meter does measure capacity, and it measures 0 farad 20220606_194240.jpg

it is a CAP. looks like a Super Cap.
 
Super caps have a tendacy not to be read by all Multimeters. Hence the 1 Farad value. if they store power they work, And this one stores alot of power. In a compact size.
