Is it cheating/infidelity?

Thanks.

Things went south long ago. It was just a case of wishful thinking that it can be fixed. I was ready to move on when she came to me Sunday a week ago and said she wants a divorce. Tbh, I can't remember being this happy in the last 8 years...
She's moved on, no reason for you to feel guilty about doing the same.

Thanks.

Jeez. How long have you been married then?

I would say no cause it is obvious the relationship has been over for quite some time if it came to that.

Think of the children...

(or at least take them out of the room first...)

just a good old philanderer... no cheater...

If you and your partner is separated and the divorce papers filed pending finalization, can it still be considered as cheating / infidelity if you meet someone after the papers were signed and all that is still waiting is the courts finalisation of the divorce?
Not cheating, You have already separated, Nothing to do with papers

doesn't matter, could have cheated during the marriage as well if you wanted to.
When it falls apart it falls apart.

Brings up this classic.

I was separated from my ex for 7 years before we finally found the time to go and get divorced last month. Dated multiple partners and even tried dating the ex again during that time. Never thought of it as cheating.
Newsflash. You were not "dating" your "ex". You were pomping your wife.

Is it wise though?
