I'm a male but here's my opinion anyway .. my mom & dad met when their respective brother & sister were dating and they got married, so no why would it be wrong?

However,

If you just intend to mess around with her, and then she decides she wants something more, then that has the possibility of getting really messy and really uncomfortable.

Basically you're going to be the bad guy!

She's just pretending like it's "wrong" and to be "secretive" about it to get her own juices flowing. Personally, there is nothing wrong with it and if you guys hit it off for the long haul, who cares? It's not like your brother is married to his cousin...right?

Same sibling last time, yes she has two other sisters. I have a brother and two sisters.
