Is loadshedding finished?

Who hasn't had load shedding for a month? Cause I had it last night, yesterday afternoon, the night before, plus this afternoon and tonight? So where was this magical world you're living in?
If you were in CT, it was possible. Maybe one or two outages in the past month although I'm excluding midnight-6am when I'm very much asleep.

Darling we haven't had loadshedding for almost a month. That to me is progress. Andre couldn't even keep the lights on for longer than 12 hours.
They had a couple of weeks of increased performance. An upward trajectory they couldn't sustain. They even burnt diesel for that last week. Now we're back where we started. It's meaningless unless it keeps improving.

I was informed it was approximately a week. There was a case where some CT people missed loadshedding for about 5-6 days then it came back this week to bite them hard. All hearsay.. not sure.

None of us have, Including Op who is in Cape town. I mean Op started this thread because they havent had loadshedding.

Maybe they have been stealing cables in your area, Doesn't mean its loadshedding.
Yup sure... some lucky people who may not get it or have had load limiting. But there are a lot who have had it.

It was 9 days from Thursday 19th Oct 9pm till Sunday 29th October 4pm, it was country wide not just CT

Parts of JHB actually had that as well, especially when it was stage 1 during the evenings, we would get maybe 1 session a week. Now we're back at 2 to 3 a day

Yes we have had loadshedding but I guess I should have made clear that I don't really count the 2-4am slot as loadshedding as we are all asleep anyway. Well most of us.

It was only within the last week or so that signs of loadshedding during waking hours reared it's head again. I had from 8-10pm last night which I haven't had in months.

I got my hopes up, but I knew it was probably too good to be true; but then maybe ESKOM might have implemented some things I was unaware of, so just put the question out there for others to comment on.
