Is Local Speeds After Cap

What is the local speeds suppose to be after one is capped on the IS network?

oober : Just guessing, but I assume it would be dictated by the speed of your line i.e The same speed you had before you were capped (And there might be preference given to the more legitimate protocols)

Hmm before I was capped I got about 45KB/s and now I suddenly get 10KB/s whats up with that?

I got capped 12pm so it can't be business hours thats affecting the speeds.

MrBeep do you have any idea whats going on?

Hey oober, and friends.

IS are having problems with their ADSL at the moment, for all clients, not just capped ones.

I have posted more information on our website yesterday:

I am in contact with them daily, as they try and solve this Telkom-caused problem.
