I got capped 12pm so it can't be business hours thats affecting the speeds. MrBeep do you have any idea whats going on?

IS are having problems with their ADSL at the moment, for all clients, not just capped ones. I have posted more information on our website yesterday: http://openweb.co.za/openweb/index.php/board,94.0.html I am in contact with them daily, as they try and solve this Telkom-caused problem.
