topic says is all, also if it is then is there a weekly limit?

This is getting lame. THERE IS NO CAP.
BUT.... speeds are k@k. Latency is VERY k@k.
Downloads varies from ok to EXTREAMLY k@k.
IF you have coverage (if you are not in the Sunninghill, Midrand area) forget about coverage.....!!!! Coverage is k@k.
Uploads are just plain k@k.

This should explain it all.

NeoConnect Prime is available in several different packages. Prime Uncapped is one of them for R999pm.

There is no limit monthly or weekly.

I agree with @Mouba, even if you do have great coverage the speed still sucks...

I drove towards 4 bars of signal the other day just to find that the speeds are way below the promised rate...

I am on the uncapped Prime Uncapped package and I tell you, you can just as well go for a 500mb cap as you will not reach that amount of data with the speeds you reach on downloads...

Hope they will get this resolved soon....

if you dont use the service then dont reply , speeds are quite good , i get 100kb/s+ all day

matrixweb, please note !!!!!!

That not all of us are getting what you are getting...
I'm getting like 50kb/s on average all day, I USED to get 150 ±
Sometimes it gets worse and drops to 20 to 30 and stays there for a long time.

I find that the speed is extremely bad from 6pm to 9pm, then picks up steadily to what I believe is good performance. My midnight its flying... not sure how many ppl agree with me? I am finding that spiking is a big issue, dloads are not continuous but rather come through in bursts.

Edit: sorry forgot to mention im on neoflex.

Matter of fact I do use the service, have been on prime Unlimited since last year May. Have since moved to Neoflex because of the router they shoud have offered with Prime Unlimited.
Never been more sorry in my life. Neoflex keeps on connecting and disconnecting every 98seconds. Download/Upload speeds are extremely slow, (can't brows normal http pages most of the time).
Latency is a joke.

I have logged noumerous trouble tickets, had a fight with various people and I'm still sitting with the same promblems. I'm actually concidering cancelling my contract, and paying for the Prime AND Neoflex devices.

There must be something wrong somewhere with your guys connections as I am downloading about 110gig a month

Wow, 17.41gigs to date. (must try to match Cameronkk).

Are you using Rapidshare? If so is there any limit to the amount of gigs one can dload?

No I don't DL anything from rapidshare cause that is looking for trouble, it is mostly video streaming and browsing.

I did about 160 gigs my first month from Easynews via HTTP, NTTP sucks though. I did about 120gigs in Feb. I cant complain except sometimes the device does hang.

'Hang', that's what I've been trying to say - thank you :). That's the only downside @ the mo with my uncapped account :(

Viruses, Spy ware and not all the software is exactly legal.

To those of you whose connections hang don't use the Neotel software to connect rather create your own connection and click reconnect if line is dropped with a 3 sec delay works a charm.
