Well based on the random moegoes who inhabit my work that know about neotel, probably quite a few.

No worries about Neotel ... they have Telkom's full backing anyways....
They share the same contractor ffs.....
Though I may not post them, I do have the pictures to show that one Biz Afrika 1944 Pty Ltd. contracted to TelkomSA, was working with the Neotel crews that laid cables down our verges a few weeks back.

I think thats sort of encouraging don't you? REAL competition for Telkom and yet..... they SHARE a contractor? *shrugs... no biggie right? PFfft...
