IS news server woes...

Yet again, i am here sad and frustrated at 5kb/s downloads on the IS news server. Is this a national problem or is it bad karma from downloading too much?

Yeah, it seems to start about this time of the month. Even at night it's not as good as it could be.

Yip, most people on IS accounts are now getting capped, and without international, and not really anything local, they all hit the news servers. I have always had bad speeds with IS news server during the day (office hours), after that its back to normal and maxing out my line

Yip, i get that message also during working hours, and I get it a lot, but check your watch, @ around 16:30 - 17:00 the hours will stop and the speed will increase

never going back to torrents now I've figured out how to use NZB files

At the rate im going its going to take days to get 1movie, downloaded a lovely 100mb this whole day off the server
