IS offline and thread locked?

International sites seem completely dead slow for me, if not all together down. Our company makes use of IS ADSL accounts and had nothing but problems for the last week.
 
Everything on IS died for me, including local. I'm just very curious as to why my first thread on the subject was locked?
 
looking at your thread, don't see that you did anything wrong, you just reported that IS is having problems, maybe some mod pressed the wrong button.
 
I've been having some weird problems since the beginning of the year. This week all has been fine, but today just before I posted that first message the whole system simply stopped. Switch to the SAIX account and its all good. 10 minutes ago my router unsynchronised itself from the line and I had to reboot. Now I switched back to IS account and all is well again. ???
