IS problem? books.google.com not accesssible

This one is a bit odd: google books,
http://books.google.com
loads perfectly on my SAIX account, but refuses do so on my IS account (I get a 404). Can other IS users confirm that this an IS problem? I'm definitely not capped, and all other google services are loading perfectly.

But wait: now it's back to 404'ing me! Just what i love, an intermittent problem whose cause is almost impossible to track down.

It worked earlier for me but also getting error 404 now on IS uncapped.

I get error 404 but I can ping it, on IS.
