IS - Problems Again !

It seems like there are major problems again on the IS network, All traffic is been router internationally again for their peering link.
 
IS - How about a redundant LOCAL peering link. Things can't go on like this.
 
overloading

I work for an isp who uses is as our upstream service provider and it would seem that the link between telkom and is has become overloaded. There apparantly was supposed to be another pipe set down with each side paying half for the installation but it seems that telkom has not upheld their side of the bargain
