IS SEMI unshaped account crawling

I've notiched it as well... but IS say its telkom, telkom says it's IS.... so... i dunno what to do anymore (went from 3.1Mbps, to 500Kb) :(

We haven't noticed a slower speed, but I will log a fault with IS for you.

i'm also with openweb... weird....

anyway, i did a speedtest with the telkom guest account, and got the same (similar?) results than the one with my openweb account, although Telkom says my line is sync'ing 2 4Mbps....

i logged a call now with telkom, but we will have to wait and see?
 
From my side local is fine.. it's international that's really slow.
 
Both my Uncapped and semi unshaped is running at 2.1Mbps
 
Axxess using IS semi shaped is friggin slow during the day when compared to SAIX & Cybersmart (not as fast as saix). After hours though it flies for gaming.
