Is technology making life better?

Considering that technology encompasses all the science that makes it to market, it would be moronic to claim that technology doesn't make our lives immeasurably better. My family spends plenty of time together - technology isn't to blame if you're missing out on family time.

No we are not missing out on family time. But since I decided to stay with mtn uncapped and not to get adsl again we go out more, do more outdoor activities. Exercise more. The ability to not stream anything anymore, that forces one to seek alternative entertainment.
 
For those of us without families - hells yeah!
 
Our accounting package at wek keeps 4 of us hunched over our computers all day.

Processing queries, orders, dispatch and accounts was muuuuuuch quicker manually. We had plenty of time to chat.
