Is telkom internet really that bad?

I am with Telkom for more than 20 years at my present home.

The first 14 with telephone only, the next 4 with dial up and the last 2 years with Do 2 and never ever had a technician at my premises or had to phone their helpline because of nonfunctional lines.

Did the self install and got the router and installation for free.

So, touch wood, I really can't complain.:)
 
Thanks for the advice lancelot.think im going to go with the prepaid option.24 months seems like forever!got two months left on my vodacom contract and it feels like iv had this fone forver!
so basically what i have learned is that the product is good but the customer service is kinda crappy.

Haha.thats great to hear stokstert.the reason im leaning towards telkom is because i dont want to pay two different companys for my internet connection.
One last q...can i use the local bandwidth to play online with a ps3 against other local gamers?
