Is the problem really with IS?

If this is true why would one have problems on Imagine who simply resell an IS package? The ISP is IS.

IS is not the ISP as they do not sell directly to the public. They sell wholesale bandwidth to partners and resellers. They sell shaped, unshaped, capped and uncapped solutions. They do provide resellers / partners with the option to use their own radius server which in turn enables resellers / partners to "create" their own packages based on the type of bandwidth purchased. If the resellers opt to use IS radius servers then there would be no problem as IS actively monitor their network. But as most ISPs would like to "manage" everything they opt to rather use their own radius servers and then create packages based on the amount of wholesale bandwidth purchased. I know exactly how IS works as we have successfully applied to partner with them about 2 weeks ago. They have supplied me with various "test" accounts to test their different product offerings. All I can say is that their network rocks and is lightning fast!

It is a pity that some resellers / partners give IS a bad name and fails to acknowledge their own shortcomings.
