I have problem with a service i canceled in april, which they still haven't canceled and thus they keep stealing my money. the call centre keeps pushing me arround and your new telkom shops don't deal with accounts anymore they only have sales consultants now

A telkom rep? What's is that language you speaking?


There is a Telkom employee on this BB. In his private capacity though. Won't mention names.

Hopefully i have solved the issue caused by telkom now. But they have this big massive firewall around any employee who's job title is higher as call centre agent. Trying to get through to their management or even a call centre supervisor/team leader is impossible. There shops ain't any better when i asked to see the shop manager i was told she is not in today. Then I asked who is in charge if the store manager is not there i got just blank stares and was told nobody. Telkom service is getting worse by the second.

LOL, had the same problem. A colleague at work whose husband is in a supervisory position at Telkom assisted. Even he told me at one point he can't believe how difficult it is to get help!!! Eventually after email after email after phone call after phone call after more emails afters fax did he sort out my billing problem and was I able to walk away from Telkom.
